Dr. Erin Drinkwater - Veterinarian

${name}

Dr. Erin Drinkwater is a 2006 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St. Kitts, West Indies.

She grew up locally in Virginia Beach and was always known by her friends as "Bug Girl" because of her unsurpassed focus on insects and the natural world around her.

She spent her childhood in First Landing State Park and the beach, constantly trying to find the bugs, snakes, lizards, and other species around her. Upon graduation, she moved back to the area and practiced large and small animals for 5 years on the Eastern Shore in Painter, VA. In 2010, she moved back to her hometown of Virginia Beach, VA.

Dr. Drinkwater now only practices small animal medicine (dogs and cats), and her interests consist of Feline Medicine, Soft Tissue Surgery, and Preventative Medicine. She also practices by teaching her clients in an effort to better the Human-Animal bond. She is known in the Hampton Roads area to illustrate different concepts, such as the Flea Life Cycle and Congestive Heart Failure. Her practice style is kind and informative.
