Kayla joined the staff at Chesapeake Animal Hospital in 2015.  She and her husband moved to Virginia from Missouri where she graduated from the University of Missouri with a BS in Animal Science.  They reside in Virginia Beach with their two cats, Milo and Darwin.

Bill began working at Chesapeake Animal Hospital in 2015. He relocated from Stamford, CT where he had over 7 years of experience in the veterinary field. He has a cat, Kitana and lives with his wife and daughter in Norfolk.

Client Care Representative

Stephany

Stephany joined the Chesapeake Animal Hospital team in 2015. She has worked in the veterinary field for 12 years as a receptionist and an assistant. She lives in Chesapeake with her husband, daughter, 4 cats (Oliver, Bruce Wayne, Jasper and Marie), and a Boston Terrier (Elvis). She enjoys gardening, spending time with family and friends, and visiting her oldest daughter and family in Dallas.

Kathleen

Kathleen joined the staff at Chesapeake Animal Hospital in 2013, but has worked in the veterinary field previously as an assistant and receptionist. She enjoys spending time with her son and husband and their furry four-legged family member "Madison".

Kennel Caretaker

Sue

Sue began working as a kennel attendant at Chesapeake Animal Hospital in 2013. Her love and caring of animals prompted her to seek out a second job after working as a Surgical Technician during the day. She has worked extensively with primate rescue missions in Peru. She shares her home with her Chow named Harlee.

Kennel Caretaker

Rainbow

Rainbow began working at Chesapeake Animal Hospital in 2014. She relocated from Austin, Texas and currently resides in Chesapeake with her partner, Andy. The have a house full of cats and a Min Pin named Lemmie. Rainbow cares for the animals while boarding and attends to the kennel and hospital maintenance.

Catherine Diaz
Groomer

Catherine Diaz

Cathie graduated from Maser's Academy of Fine Grooming in 2002 and was certified through the International Professional Groomers Association as a Certified Master Groomer in 2003. Cathie has been working at Chesapeake Animal Hospital since 2002. She lives in Chesapeake with her husband, 2 dogs, and 2 cats.

Tom  Babcock (retired)

Mr. Tom was employed with Chesapeake Animal Hospital from 1994 until 2013 when he retired his leash and collar from many years of dedicated service to the kennel, clients and staff of Chesapeake Animal Hospital. We wish him well in his retirement years. Thank you Mr. Tom!!
