Wellness Mobile Van

We are pleased to be able to offer our new Wellness Mobile Van as an extended service for Chesapeake Animal Hospital. This service will provide at-home wellness care for your pet, to include vaccinations and routine exams, as well as minor health concerns. At-home euthanasia for pets will also be offered to our clients.

Initially, this service will only be available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons, by advanced appointment only. Due to the doctors’ schedules at the office, appointment requests may take several days to accommodate. Prior to an appointment, all client and patient information must be received in advance in order to be entered into our computer and to be prepared for the home visit. You will find the new client forms on our website, and these may be faxed or mailed to the office. Information may also be taken over the phone.

Once we have determined the day of your appointment, we will notify you of a time period of arrival, and you will be called when we are on our way! All pets must be readily available when the doctor arrives!

The cost for this service is $50.00, in addition to our normal office exam and fees. Additional charges for mileage may apply.
